Libraries Windows Terminal Server

The Windows Terminal Server applications require downloading the Citrix Receiver

Once installed, you can click on the link that says:
"Download the Citrix file to access the resources" on the Libraries' website.

Once the file is downloaded, you can double click on the file and the Citrix application should open for you.
