Your
presentations will consist of the following:
A 15 minute presentation, using PowerPoint, defending
your position on the aspect of alternative energy assigned
to you.
The class will hear from both sides of an issue, then
there will be 15 minutes of discussion.
For your research you will need to use at least 6 different
resources to construct your argument--at least 3 of
which must be journal articles. You will turn
in an annotated bibliography that includes correct citations
to your resources, and a short description of the information
you found from each resource (similar to your homework
assignment).
Use the citation
guide to help you with
your bibliography.
Also, don't forget to footnote any facts, illustrations,
etc., you give on your PowerPoint slides. See sample
slides for details.
